As we all know now, this year’s transition will be different compared to previous years. However, we have produced a range of virtual transition materials that can be accessed either at home or in your school in order to help you make a successful transition, despite the unusual circumstances.
The below transition materials are all aimed at our new Year 7s. Here you will find:

- A set of Year 6 challenges – some of these have been set by our Year 7 team and some have been set by our different curriculum areas. You can send your answers and work to transition@sandbachschool.org or tweet your responses to @year7and8
