I am writing to advise you that we have been notified this afternoon of a second confirmed case of Covid-19 within Year 11.  As the year group is already isolating, following a reported case on Monday, there is no immediate action that is required. All students in year 11 must be diligent in maintaining isolation and should go for a test if they display any symptoms.

Public Health and the Local Authority have been informed.

We do recognise the anxiety caused by this news. I would like to reassure you that we have taken all necessary actions to keep all students at school as safe as possible and have immediately moved to live online lessons for all year 11 students, to ensure continuity of their education.
