Unfortunately, we have suffered a partial power outage this afternoon which has impacted a number of teaching blocks used by students in years 9, 10 and 11 and the Sixth Form. Engineers have attended site and advise that power will not be fully restored until later tomorrow.
As such, the school will not be able to open tomorrow (Wed 8th) to students in years 9, 10 and 11 and the Sixth Form.
The school will be open to students in years 7 and 8 as their lessons take place in a building which is largely unaffected.
Subject to ongoing disruption to the schools ICT network, staff will post work where possible for students in year’s 9, 10, 11 and the Sixth Form via Microsoft Teams.
